“Even one voice can be heard loudly all over the world in this day and age.”
Things have been super busy here on the work front. I’ve started recorded training videos for my law firm’s website, and have been hiring staff and setting up new infrastructure and case management systems as I grow my law firm to the next level.
I have forgotten how much fun it is to start and grow a project. I have also forgotten how much time it takes. 🙂
Anyway, I’ve been meaning to publish this post for a few days now, but haven’t had a chance to do the “doodle”. The temptation to start posting “stock” image content so I can keep up my posting frequency is a very strong, but I really would like to stick with the style I’ve got here – a self-drawn doodle with each post.
So, without further ado:
Congratulations to Rob and his family at Treyton’s Posse!!
The National Down Syndrome Society selected a photo of their son, Treyton, to appear on the Big Screen in Times Square in New York City during the NYC Down Syndrome Buddy Walk this September. Read Rob’s story – it’s a pretty exciting opportunity.
Would you do me a favor – if you are in a position to do so, pop on over to his Buddy Walk page (the links are on his site) and donate a few bucks to the Treyton’s Posse Team.
I’m a big fan of Treyton’s Posse – Rob’s blog was one of the first Dad Blogs that I came across, where the Dad talked about having a child with Down Syndrome. We didn’t get a pre-natal heads up, (a decision we do not regret) so I had a lot to learn about Down Syndrome in a short time, and Rob’s site was very helpful.*
He and his wife sent us some tips and pointers on toys that would help Little Bird develop in an area that he needed help with at the time.
Anyway…read his announcement…congratulate the “Posse”…subscribe to the blog…if you can, donate to his team.
